An innocent family man, wrongly convicted of murder

Welcome to the website dedicated to exposing the injustice surrounding the conviction of Roger Vincent

Roger, a loving husband, father to 4 boys, successful businessman and the very heart of a loving family has been the victim of a miscarriage of justice. He has now been away from his family for over 6 years during which he has missed numerous special moments in the lives of his children and seen all he worked to achieve taken from him.

This site is to show you just some of the compelling evidence that demonstrates Roger's innocence, including him passing a lie detector test conducted by Polygraph Security Services, whose other clients include foreign Governments, Security Services and Police Forces.

Foreword by Mr Henry Milner of Henry Milner & Company

"There is no conclusive evidence that Mr Vincent carried out the murder of David King. The Crown's case against Mr Vincent was built on a series of coincidences, and in light of Mr Vincent's compelling alibi evidence we can only conclude that there is a very strong case that he has been the victim of a grave miscarriage of justice.

We are currently in the process of preparing a detailed application to the Criminal Cases Review Commission in a bid to clear Mr Vincent's name.

The preparation of this application has involved the exploration of a number of avenues of fresh evidence and the careful re-examination of current evidence, in a bid to prove the identity of the gunman, to corroborate Mr Vincent's alibi and to undermine each of the coincidences relied upon to convict him.

We anticipate that in the near future we will be in a position to submit Mr Vincent's application and thereby allow him to take the first step towards resuming his normal life with his family."

Despite his innocence Roger was convicted on 23rd August 2005 of the murder of David King in October 2003. Mr King, a friend of Roger's, was fatally gunned down outside his regular gym.The case against Roger was that he was the passenger in a white transit van from which shots were fired at Mr King, despite there being substantial evidence that it could not have been him.

You will see from all the documentation contained on the pages of this website that the whole case against Roger has been a catalogue of errors from his initial arrest through to his wrongful conviction.
